Lesson Policy & Cancellation Terms
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the irreversible nature of in-person lessons, completed lessons cannot be refunded. However, you may cancel future lessons at a prorated rate at any time by giving 10 days written notice to hollysartlessons@gmail.com.

To reschedule a lesson or workshop please give at least 24 hours notice before the start time and we will do our best to offer a make-up sesson that works with your schedule.

Supply and registration fees are non-refundable.

If an instructor needs to cancel a class due to illness or inclement weather we will issue a refund for the missed class.​​
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
No-shows are strictly non-refundable.

If you arrive late your lesson will still end at the scheduled time. Due to multiple students we cannot extend lesson time for late arrivals.
Group Classes & Multi-Week Courses
For missed group sessions and multi-week courses, make-up classes may be offered and must be redeemed during the same semester. A maximum of 2 make-up sessions will be offered and will take place the week after the semester ends.

If a make-up session is unable to be scheduled or redeemed at a mutually agreeable time, the instructor may issue a refund for missed classes. Absences or refund requests in excess of 2 may result in termination of lessons.
Results
As with any skill, art requires a great deal of practice to master. Your results will be largely dependent on how much you practice outside of class. While we strive to help you build real skills, we cannot guarantee results in any given timeframe.
